1. What exactly is your cake? What makes it different?

Our soft chocolate sponge is paired with handmade cream fillings, prepared from scratch in small batches using only the finest ingredients. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just timeless craftsmanship and unforgettable flavor.

With five signature varieties to choose from, each Krokle cake delivers its own unique experience while staying true to the chocolate recipe that has been loved for generations.

Each Krokle is a 7-inch cake that serves approximately 8 portions.

Created to be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, Krokle was designed for spooning straight from the cake, whether you’re celebrating something special, treating yourself after a long day, or simply satisfying a craving at midnight. No plates, no fuss, no excuses.

Sealed and unopened, your Krokle stays fresh at room temperature for up to 10 days. To extend that, refrigerate the cake and it will keep beautifully and soft for up to 20 days. Once opened, it can be consumed at room temperature for 10 days or refrigerate to extend the time for 20 days.
If it has been in the refrigerator, it is recommended to heat it in the microwave for a few minutes before eating for better flavor; it must be removed from the can before microwaving.

Yes. Krokle freezes wonderfully for up to 2 months when kept sealed in its original packaging. To enjoy, transfer the cake from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before serving, then let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. For an extra-soft bite, warm an individual slice in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We’re working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new regions open up.

6. How long does shipping take? How is the cake shipped?

Every Krokle is baked fresh after you order — we don’t keep finished cakes sitting on shelves. Production takes 1 to 2 business days, and we ship via USPS, which delivers within 2 to 5 business days depending on your address. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your cake ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address — the exact cost is shown before you confirm your order.

Because our cakes are handmade fresh and perishable, we don’t accept returns or refunds.

Krokle is made with wheat, milk, and eggs. Our kitchen also handles soy and tree nuts, so cross-contact is possible. We don’t currently offer gluten-free or vegan options, but we’re exploring them — join our newsletter to be notified when new options launch.

Once the tin is opened, it can be consumed at room temperature for up to 10 days if stored in a cool place. Refrigerating it will extend the shelf life (up to 20 days). Heating it in the microwave for about 10 minutes before serving is recommended for a softer, creamier texture. Remove it from the tin before heating.
